Role Description

The Product Growth Manager / Experimentation Lead / Conversion Optimization Director is responsible for driving product growth through data-driven experimentation, user behavior analysis, and conversion optimization strategies. The role focuses on improving acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization across digital products and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, and feature validation programs. The role involves analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points in the product funnel, and implementing strategies to improve user conversion and engagement metrics.

The growth leader works closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, data analysts, engineers, CRM teams, and marketing stakeholders to optimize digital experiences and accelerate scalable growth. They are responsible for tracking growth KPIs such as activation rates, retention, churn, conversion rates, LTV, and revenue performance.

In addition, the role includes building experimentation roadmaps, managing growth analytics, and leveraging behavioral insights to support product-led growth strategies. The Product Growth Manager / Experimentation Lead / Conversion Optimization Director plays a key role in improving customer journeys, maximizing product adoption, and driving sustainable business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Management, Economics, or a related field
  • 5–12+ years of experience in product growth, experimentation, CRO, digital analytics, or growth marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG), experimentation methodologies, and user behavior analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools such as Optimizely, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Heap
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Experience optimizing conversion funnels and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or BI tools is an advantage
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, marketing, and design teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or digital platform environments is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and growth mindset
  • Results-driven approach focused on measurable business impact and scalable growth
