Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead for a 6-month contract, extendable (as per project requirement & performance) to drive digital healthcare capabilities within a product-led operating model. You will own the full product lifecycle—translating high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps, managing delivery, and aligning senior enterprise stakeholders. Must be ready to hit the ground running from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Translate organizational priorities into clear product direction and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Planning & Prioritization: Manage product backlogs while balancing business needs, technical debt, security compliance, and resource constraints.
- Delivery Execution: Lead end-to-end digital delivery across engineering teams, platform leads, and external vendors while monitoring budget and adoption.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Guide cross-functional teams (including Capability Managers) and align senior enterprise leadership and public-sector stakeholders.
- Governance & Metrics: Accountable for product KPIs, risk mitigation, and adherence to strict architectural and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of total experience with a strong track record in senior Product Management or Tech Leadership within large, complex organizations.
- Skills: Expert stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, enterprise governance, and agile delivery. Healthcare or public sector experience is a strong plus.
