Product Lead, Wealth Management Product - Singapore

The Right Profile

You'll own the execution and evolution of one of Syfe's core products, starting with our wealth offering - focusing on Hong Kong first. You'll work closely with senior leaders, engineers and cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class product across our markets, and help Syfe grow its presence across the region.

This is a hands-on role; In addition to leading 2–3 PMs and Senior PMs, you will have your own team of 4–6 engineers, working closely with design, data, client success, operations and compliance to achieve your team's roadmap.

You don't need to be an investment expert on day one. You do need to learn fast, and to care about helping everyday people solve their hardest money problems.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy

• Own the outcomes for your product area and consistently hit meaningful OKRs.
• Turn market and customer themes into an investment thesis and a roadmap tied to company strategy.
• Balance what's built once for the region against what each market needs.
• Spot diminishing returns and shift investment to where it pays off.
  
  

Product execution

• Ship fast without cutting corners, then iterate with data.
• Review your team's specs and raise the bar on requirements.
• Own release quality, and add support for high-risk launches.
  
  

Customer insight

• Use data to set the roadmap and quarterly goals, and report progress widely.
• Use customer feedback to find unmet needs and shape the roadmap.
• Sketch the product vision and give sharp design feedback.
  
  

Influencing people

• Partner with compliance and legal so products launch compliant and on time in a regulated industry.
• Help your team manage stakeholders and advocate for the best direction.
• Influence senior leaders on priorities and resourcing for your area.
  
  

Team leadership

• Coach your PMs, grow their skills and develop them into product leaders.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience, ideally building complex platforms, financial products or B2B2C solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in managing PMs.
• A track record of owning a business metric and moving it, not just shipping features.
• Proven experience launching and scaling new products from the ground up.
• Strong customer-first mindset and a record of delivering best-in-class experiences.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering and operations.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a consumer-facing fintech or high-growth financial services company.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Experience launching or running products in more than one APAC market.
• A background in data analysis, user research or product design.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, R or similar tools beyond Excel.
• Adept at using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
• Mandarin or Cantonese (nice to have)
