What is Xweave

Xweave is on a mission to revolutionize global money movement by pioneering a next-generation payment service that breaks through the traditional barriers in the financial ecosystem. Our approach merges the existing payments infrastructure with digital assets by creating a a global network of regulatory approved digital asset liquidity providers.

What is the role

We are looking for aProduct Lead to drive the development and execution of Xweave's next-generation cross-border payments platform. You'll work closely with CEO, Milind Sanghavi.

This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a deep understanding of fintech, payments, and digital assets. You should be comfortable working in an early-stage startup to bring innovative products to market!

What you'll do:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and scaling.
• Develop and define scalable product and operational processes to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to develop and launch new product features.
• Engage with customers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product-market fit.
• Develop and improve payment flows and user experience.

What we're looking for:

• Min 6+ years ofproduct management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, digital wallets, FX, and transaction processing.
• Curiosity about Stablecoins or Web3 ecosystems.
• Experience working with compliance, security, and regulatory considerations in fintech.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling fintech or payments products.
• Technical PM background and/or solid experience working closely with engineers.
• Creative problem solver and excellent stakeholder management skills.
