Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of finance systems, including requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support) to identify business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements.
- Partner with external vendors and technology providers to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems where required.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, workflows, specifications, and process diagrams.
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the finance systems are compliant with relevant regulatory and data security requirements in Singapore and across operating markets.
- Drive the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritize features and bugs based on business impact.
- Plan and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with operational and finance users.
- Provide training and onboarding for users to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing utilization of the implemented systems.
- Stay informed of latest fintech and finance system industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically in finance system implementation or related fields (ERP, accounting platforms, core banking systems, payment processing, etc.)
- Strong understanding of finance operations, processes, and regulatory requirements relevant to Singapore's fintech sector.
- Experience working with agile development teams and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products or systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, working independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience with system integrations, API management, or working with third-party vendors is a plus.
