Job Description

• Leading end-to-end implementation of product-related transformation initiatives and business change programmes.
• Managing product documentation, customer communications and digital content updates across multiple channels.
• Developing implementation roadmaps, impact assessments and delivery plans to support programme milestones.
• Coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and other stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain governance standards.
• Driving operational readiness activities, stakeholder communications and training support for business teams.
• Supporting ongoing product enhancement projects and new product launches alongside business-as-usual activities.
• Contributing to product reviews, governance activities and post-implementation assessments to ensure customer and business outcomes are achieved.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product implementation, product development or business transformation within financial services or insurance.
