Job Description

Partner with the Senior team members to design, run, and tracking growth experiments that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Analyse user journeys and funnels to uncover insights and identify opportunities to reduce drop-offs.
Support lifecycle and CRM initiatives across push, in-app, and email channels to deliver timely, relevant user communications.
Help execute growth programs across acquisition, activation, and retention touchpoints.
Collaborate with UX and Research teams on user studies, surveys, and usability testing to improve product experience.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform product and growth strategies.
Support feature pilots, special projects, and operational initiatives across the PMO team.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports in partnership with the BI team.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Comfortable working with data and eager to deepen your skills in tools like Excel and SQL.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, curious, and learning-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems and work cross-functionally.
Genuine interest in product growth, UX, and fintech / online lending dynamics.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage work across multiple projects.
