Role Description

As a Product Growth Associate at FlocCare, you will be the engine behind our user acquisition and retention strategies. Moving beyond simple analysis, you will execute go-to-market initiatives and take ownership of key growth metrics. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, driving the adoption of our AI tools among healthcare providers globally.

What You'll Do

  • Execute Growth Experiments: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across the user journey to improve activation and retention rates.
  • Drive User Acquisition: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, cold email, and social) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Own the Data: Monitor PLG metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn) and translate user behavior data into actionable product recommendations for the engineering team.
  • Customer Activation: Lead onboarding for key accounts and develop automated email flows (drip campaigns) to nurture users from signup to power-user status.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks that resonate with healthcare professionals.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and customer interviews to identify untapped market segments and product gaps.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Product Growth or Digital Marketing, or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Data Driven: Proven ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets) to make decisions. You don't just report numbers; you explain why they matter.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and email automation tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex technical/AI concepts into clear value propositions for healthcare providers.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Eligibility: Must meet the eligibility criteria for the Summation Program (see disclaimer below).

Nice to Have

  • Experience specifically in HealthTech or working with AI/LLM products.
  • Basic technical literacy (HTML/CSS or SQL) to troubleshoot landing pages or query data.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) frameworks (e.g., Freemium conversion strategies).
