What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering, automation, or digital transformation roles
- Insights in HR processes and deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors applications is a must
- Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered solutions with tangible business outcomes
- Drive business process transformation to adopt Agentic AI
- Architect scalable, agent-based AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and processes
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and ethical guardrails in all AI-driven solutions
- Being able to control a team of developers for building AI tools and AI agents
- Hands-on experience with orchestration libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalents as well expertise in ABAP, Python as well as CAP
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation methodologies
