Product Expert (Mercedes-Benz)

The Opportunity

As a Product Expert with Mercedes-Benz, you will work very closely with the Sales team on product enquiries, presentation and delivery duties. You will support the Sales team through enthusiastic and convincing communication of the product details, creating high awareness of and excitement about the functions and configuration to the customers. The Product Expert will also address the customers questions and demonstrates vehicle features as well as assisting them to select the vehicle that best suits their needs. You will also conduct internal product training so as to improve the general product knowledge with updates and knowledge tests for the Sales team. As a member of our team, you will be expected to be very well-informed and knowledgeable about the automotive market, product knowledge, accessories, technologies, features and functions.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in automotive product/technical know-how
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and competitor environment
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present and engage a group of audience
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and planning skills
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer skills and mobile devices
• Have a passion for cars
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
