Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the rollout of new product initiatives / new loan packages
- Improve the customer experience by coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline processes and to execute key initiatives
- Monitor, analyze and have ownership over assigned product financials.
- Monitor market intelligence on competitors offerings and review competitiveness of loan packages
- Prepare, conduct and analyse results from various surveys and monthly reports for better portfolio management
- Provide complete, timely and accurate management information on the loans portfolio
- Support and track marketing incentive scheme for sales team
- Provide administrative support for all product management activities
- Build strong digital presence - to plan, manage and execute digital strategy to optimize communication and sales for digital channels.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in the Banking & Finance or its equivalent.
- Positive working attitude, good writing and follow-up skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand and tackle the challenges of the business
- Possess excellent interpersonal and process management skills
- Personable team player with strong numbers-inclination and the ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Microsoft excel
