Job Summary:
Product executive to manage, enhance and deploy a supply‑chain risk‑mapping platform, driving adoption, performance and user impact.
Responsibilities
- Monitor product performance and resolve operational issues during live usage.
- Lead weekly project meetings with the tech provider to track issues, enhancements and delivery milestones.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications, dashboards and functional prototypes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) by designing, executing and tracking structured test cases.
- Manage onboarding and virtual training sessions for natural rubber processing factories.
- Maintain a user database and conduct regular follow‑ups to track assessment progress.
- Support preparation of post‑assessment analysis and summary reports.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with the tech provider to improve functionality and performance.
- Support stakeholder engagements with industry partners and non‑profit organisations.
- Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, including professional content on LinkedIn.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product management, IT project management or supply chain sustainability.
- Proven experience coordinating with external tech or solution providers.
- Experience translating business needs into technical or functional documentation.
- Experience conducting structured UAT in pre‑production environments.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively.
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to social and environmental sustainability initiatives is an added advantage.
