Finance Business Analyst

As a Finance Strategic Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making and business growth. You will analyze financial performance, uncover strategic opportunities, and collaborate across teams to align financial planning with overall business objectives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Act as a central point of coordination, managing communication between internal and external stakeholders across projects, tasks, and timelines.

Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

Analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and improve overall business performance.

Monitor and evaluate business performance across divisions to support the achievement of strategic targets.

Maintain and analyze historical data for business reviews, forecasting, and variance analysis against budgets.

Partner with commercial teams to develop strategic initiatives targeting high-value clients and align financial planning with sales strategies.

Review revenue, cost structures, and operational efficiency identify trends or discrepancies and recommend cost optimization measures.

Develop and present dashboards and reports to track KPIs, profitability, and operational performance.

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Build a strong understanding of business operations, products, and risk factors to provide relevant and impactful analysis.
