Product Engineering Manager - Singapore

Role: Lead cross-functional teams in RF, software, mechanical design, NPI, operations, and manufacturing to develop next-generation radio products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product development from concept to manufacturing.
• Manage engineers, ensuring collaboration across teams.
• Implement automation to enhance efficiency and reduce test times.
• Develop and test prototypes to validate designs.
• Drive cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
• Manage End-of-Life component changes.
• Support regulatory certifications and create documentation (datasheets, guides).

Team Leadership:

• Set release goals and timelines.
• Build and manage the engineering team, including hiring.
• Collaborate with in-house and external teams/vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics Communication Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in RF, Wi-Fi product development, and quality control.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
