Job Summary

Provideengineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products throughdevelopment to production, driving debug, yield improvement, and testoptimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

. Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital productsthrough all phases from development to production release

. Collaborate with test engineering and production support teams to leaddebug activities, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement

. Communicate technical product status clearly to management andstakeholders

. Establish and align product testing and production release requirementswith customers

. Coordinate with foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolveproduction issues promptly

. Generate detailed status reports, test limits (guard bands), correlationanalyses, and yield summary reports at each phase

. Support yield improvement initiatives, test time reduction, and retestrate improvement during production ramp-up

Preferredcompetencies and qualifications

. Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering withfoundry process background preferred

. Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, Mixed Signal, and RFproducts

. Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage

. Proficient in statistics and data mining to analyze test dataeffectively

. Experience with statistical analysis software such as JMP, CEDA,DataPower, or OptimalPlus is a plus

. Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Java, VBA) and automation inreporting is beneficial

. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to workindependently
