Job Summary
Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products through development to production, driving debug, yield improvement, and test optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, and Digital products through all phases from development to production release
- Collaborate with test engineering and production support teams to lead debug activities, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement
- Communicate technical product status clearly to management and stakeholders
- Establish and align product testing and production release requirements with customers
- Coordinate with foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve production issues promptly
- Generate detailed status reports, test limits (guard bands), correlation analyses, and yield summary reports at each phase
- Support yield improvement initiatives, test time reduction, and retest rate improvement during production ramp-up
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred
- Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, Mixed Signal, and RF products
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage
- Proficient in statistics and data mining to analyze test data effectively
- Experience with statistical analysis software such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower, or OptimalPlus is a plus
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Java, VBA) and automation in reporting is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently
