Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify technology trends.
Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and portfolio plans.
Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and sales forecasts.
Provide technical expertise in optical microscopy systems, including Confocal, TIRF, and Super-Resolution.
Recommend system configurations based on customer applications and requirements.
Validate product performance, configurations, and technical specifications.
Support sales activities through product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Provide technical support to sales teams to strengthen product positioning and customer satisfaction.
Conduct product and application training for internal teams and distributors.
Develop training materials and technical documentation.
Collaborate with HQ, factories, regional sales, planning, and service teams to align product strategies with market needs.
Gather customer and KOL feedback to support product improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical or scientific field.
Good understanding of optical microscopy systems and applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and product lifecycle activities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work with regional and global teams.
