Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support product engineering activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, from prototype to production. Assist in product bring-up, oversee functional testing, validation, and perform failure analysis. Execute and maintain production and validation testing procedures. Provide support for manufacturing builds, focusing on yield improvement and quality investigations. Assist in managing component changes and addressing obsolescence with guidance from senior engineers. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, assembly instructions, and application notes. Collaborate across various teams, including RF, Software, Mechanical, and Operations to enhance product quality and production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in hardware, RF, or product engineering roles. Basic understanding of RF/Wi-Fi systems and skills in electronic hardware debugging. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, testing methodologies, and quality control protocols. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive approach to learning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment. Preferred: Experience in drones, robotics, wireless networking, or embedded systems exposure to manufacturing environments and production scaling familiarity with RF testing tools and debugging techniques.
