Product Engineer - Frontend Focused

Job Description:

• Own user-facing features from discovery and design through implementation, release, and iteration, contributing to the APIs and services needed to deliver a complete experience
• Contribute across the full stack by integrating frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and data, and supporting end-to-end feature development beyond the user interface
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product and translating requirements into high-quality user experiences
• Design, build, and integrate AI-powered workflows into our products to better serve users, improve productivity, and unlock new ways of working across the organization
• Leverage AI-native engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, agentic programming, and harness engineering, to accelerate day-to-day delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Drive the development and maintenance of shared frontend tools, including component libraries, coding standards, and design systems
• Improve frontend build, test, and deployment workflows so the team can ship reliable features efficiently
• Stay up to date with emerging AI and software engineering technologies, ensuring the delivery of clean, scalable code that is properly tested, reviewed, and aligned with modern engineering practices
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve issues that enhance product stability and user experience, while exploring and evaluating new technologies, AI tools, rapid prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to improve existing processes and products
• Participate in regular internal technology sharing and other regional tech events
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
• Hands-on fullstack (Frontend Focused) development experience through professional work or internships
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and a strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Good sense of UI and UX design principles
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, or a demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt new engineering tools thoughtfully
• Experience building or integrating backend services in Go, Python, or a similar language
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, and relational database design
• Passionate about fullstack development, innovation, and solving challenging problems
• Willing to explore, research, and apply new technologies and tools to streamline existing processes
• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience in solving web performance issues and web performance optimization
