Product Engineer

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Engineer located in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness.
• Drive Sustaining Engineering activities, including product enhancements, design changes, lifecycle management, and obsolescence mitigation.
• Manage Advanced Sourcing and Supplier Development activities to strengthen supply chain capability, quality, and cost performance.
• Conduct Failure Analysis, Root Cause Investigations, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to optimize product design and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead Risk Management activities through FMEA, risk assessments, and process control methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, yield enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver cost reduction, productivity improvement, and product lifecycle management solutions within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to achieve business and customer objectives.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Candidates with experience in both Product Design & Development and Manufacturing Engineering environments will be highly preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in or related position.
• Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or Industrial Product Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, with demonstrated success in driving product excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
