Responsibilities:
- Act as the main product owner, managing RFQs and working with Sales & Marketing and Operations to meet customer needs.
- Track and close RFQs on time, ensuring proper TAT reporting.
- Lead FAT, FLP, and FAI activities to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate BOMs and routing, ensuring timely updates.
- Drive product improvements such as yield, scrap, OTD, and PPM performance.
- Handle product concessions and ensure all requirements align with customer expectations.
- Manage packaging, raw materials, tooling, and fixtures for assigned products.
- Serve as the key customer contact for all product-related topics.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's in Optics, Mechanical, Precision Engineering.
- Min 2 years of experience in optics, opto-mechanical, or opto-electronic systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Experience designing jigs and fixtures.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with optical testing and metrology systems.
