Product Engineer (Electronics NPI)

Gateway Search is proud to work with one of leading energy solution leader. Due to expansion plan, they are looking to bring on board a qualified Product Engineer.

Product Engineer will play a key role in supporting NPI (New Product Introduction), managing production release, BOM/SAP processes, and coordinating with global teams to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in product engineering or NPI. Fresh degree graduates can be considered as on the job training will be provided.
• Experience in product transfer within the electronics industry is a strong plus.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
