About The Opportunity
OKX is looking for a visionaryProduct Director to own our global Referral & Incentive growth engine. You will architect and scale viral loopsreferrals, bonuses, and other reward mechanicsthat turn firsttime users into passionate advocates. Working at the intersection of product, business, and data, you'll transform countrylevel zerotoone wins into repeatable, highimpact playbooks for fastmoving markets worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and drive marketentry strategy: Craft and execute gotomarket roadmaps for each target region, ensuring alignment on positioning, goals, and productmarket fit.
- Design and optimize referral mechanics: Launch and iterate viral programsreferrals, bonuses, incentivesthat maximize acquisition, activation, and retention while delivering strong ROI.
- Localize at scale: Build selfserve campaign templates and configuration tools so local teams can adapt quickly across languages, currencies, and compliance requirements.
- Lead datadriven experimentation: Establish NorthStar metrics, run rapid A/B tests, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable roadmap updates.
- Partner crossfunctionally: Work closely with Marketing, BusinessDevelopment, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver highquality releases on schedule.
- Document and share playbooks: Codify best practices, dashboards, and automation to raise growth velocity across the entire organization.
- Develop talent and culture: Mentor teammates and champion a hypothesisdriven, experimentationfirst mindset throughout the growth org.
Experience & Impact
What We Look For In You:
- 5+years leading growthvirality initiatives (referrals, network effects, bonus mechanics), with endtoend ownership of both product and business outcomes.
- Proven 0to1 growth success in a single marketyou played a pivotal role in taking a region from concept to traction, then scaled learnings globally.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute gotomarket strategies for new geographies.
Product & Technical Acumen
- Full productdevelopmentlifecycle expertise; adept at writing crisp PRDs and collaborating with engineers and designers.
- Fluency in experimentation design, cohort analysis, and growthstack tooling (analytics, A/B platforms, CRM).
Industry & Domain
- Passion for cryptofinance trends, ecosystems, and emerging technologies; you stay ahead of market news and regulation.
- Experience with userfacing fintech or consumer platforms is highly desirable.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Selfstarter who thrives in dynamic, fastpaced environments and can drive alignment across global stakeholders.
- Sharp logical thinker and problem solver with excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
