Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Design Lead/Director with deep expertise in cryptocurrency, futures, or fintech to define the user experience and visual identity for a global audience. This is a high-impact role where you will build and lead a talented design team, drive product innovation, and be instrumental in enhancing platform security, usability, and visual excellence to directly fuel user growth and international expansion.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Design Leadership:
- Develop and execute a unified design strategy that seamlessly integrates product UI/UX, brand identity, and marketing materials.
- Champion the platform&aposs core values of security, professionalism, convenience, and innovation through every design decision.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, cross-functional design team, establishing best practices for collaboration across product, operations, and marketing.
2. UX/UI Design for Complex Trading Systems:
- Lead end-to-end design for critical trading functionalities, including:
- Trading pair displays & order consultation
- K-line charts & leverage management
- Order execution interfaces
- Translate the complexity of financial products (like contract trading and quantitative tools) into intuitive, user-friendly, and data-driven experiences.
3. Market Analysis & Innovation:
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor design trends (e.g., Binance, Coinbase) and user behavior within derivatives and Web3 to inform innovative design solutions.
- Ensure the design team possesses a deep understanding of futures trading markets and regulatory considerations to build trusted and compliant user experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years leading and managing design teams.
- A proven portfolio demonstrating success in fintech, crypto exchanges, or retail trading products (B2C).
- Expertise in interaction design for complex data-dense systems (dashboards, data visualization) and proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and futures trading, including user psychology and how design impacts risk communication and compliance.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency (Chinese & English) to effectively collaborate with global development and product teams.
