- Develop and implement product strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
- Lead a product team of 4 to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Oversee the lifecycle of digital products, from concept to launch.
- Ensure products meet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage in the Enterprise SaaS industry.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise product outcomes.
- Track and report on product performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Director should have:
- Proven experience in a subscription-based SaaS product management within the Technology industry.
- A strong understanding of digital transformation and product lifecycle management.
- Prior experience in being a people manager with direct reporting lines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and developing data-driven strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
