Job Responsibilities:
- Define and continuously iterate the company's overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring close alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
- Take full ownership of the company's product competitiveness, conduct in-depth competitive analysis, and build sustained differentiation
- Champion a user-centric approach by identifying clients core needs and pain points, and translating feedback into meaningful product improvements
- Lead the entire product management team, set clear goals and responsibilities, establish collaboration frameworks and product culture, and continuously raise team performance
- Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery
- Build a robust product metrics framework and apply data-driven insights to prioritisation and iteration decisions
- Contribute to company-level strategic decisions and represent the product perspective at the leadership level
Job Requirements:
- Proven product leadership experience at a top-tier internet, fintech, or platform company, with a strong track record of driving product strategy at scale
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, or digital asset infrastructure experience in institutional-grade product design is a plus
- Global mindset with familiarity in major crypto regulatory frameworks including MAS, SFC, MiCA, and others
- Demonstrated ability to lead large product teams and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven with strong strategic thinking and sharp execution capability
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
