Create, develop and manage new and existing digital insurance products.
Conduct market research on new insurance product developments and prepare analysis to provide insights on market
Responsible for preparing new product proposal decks for presentation to senior management
Manage the project timelines in a cross-functional structure to ensure timely and consistent delivery of the overall business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Distribution, Product, Legal, Compliance and Operations to distil inputs into tangible product proposition
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of work experience with past experience in life or GI product development
Any past experience in InsurTech, digital insurance or insurance consulting is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
Good knowledge in any one Southeast Asia insurance market and regulations
