We are seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support sales operations, ensuring accurate revenue reporting, timely settlements, and high service standards. This role contributes to revenue growth and market expansion by supporting partnerships, optimizing sales channels, and identifying opportunities within the wholesale services sector. You will work closely with RSPs and aggregators to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.

Make an Impact by

  • Sales operation including wholesale billing reconciliation, settlement and adjustment for A2P SMS/RCS business
  • Support new price plans launch and promotions
  • Sales technical support to conduct user acceptance testing and business readiness testing and performance reporting
  • Customer service support to address post-sales issues and resolve with the agreed KPIs
  • Optimisation of workflow using AI to improve efficiency and productivity

Skills For Success

  • Diploma or equivalent from a recognised institution
  • At least 3 years of sales operations experience
  • Good to have Finance fundamentals knowledge
  • Familiar with Singtel system for manual billing and order provisioning
  • Telecommunications Industry Knowledge – Understanding of broadband and SMS/RCS .
  • Product development lifecycle management
  • Meticulous and high accuracy in number entry
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Willing to learn new skills
