Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision plastic components.. They are looking for a Product Development and Management Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new product ideation and concept development through market research, customer insights, and industry trend analysis.
- Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) including sourcing contract manufacturers, working with formulators, and coordinating product development activities.
- Ensure regulatory and technical compliance by preparing technical documentation and supporting label, formula, and ingredient reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and external suppliers to drive product development and launch readiness.
- Support product launch activities by preparing technical materials, product costing, pricing analysis, and conducting product training.
- Monitor post-launch product performance and drive continuous improvements while managing supplier communications and quality-related actions.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry or relevant.
- Experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry will be added advantage.
