The Monee Design Team is a centralized regional team. We oversee branding and product experience across 8 markets in Southeast Asia and South America. We are looking for extraordinary Product Designers to help shape the future of our financial ecosystem. You will work across a diverse portfolio, including payments, insurance, digital banking, investment and lending products.

As a Product Designer, you will be in charge of the end-to-end project for key modules, ensuring that our products remain simple,reliable,easy-to-use and culturally relevant across 8 distinct markets while maintaining a cohesive UI/UX within the Monee ecosystem.

Job Description

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design lifecycle for product modules—from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and testing.
• Scalable Design: Craft elegant, easy-to-use experiences that scale across multiple regions, balancing local user needs with a consistent global design system.
• Research-Driven Insights: Conduct and participate in market research to uncover deep user insights, translating them into innovative product features.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Business Development teams to clarify requirements, define user journeys, and ensure design alignment with business goals.
• Execution Excellence: Deliver meticulous, developer-ready handovers in Figma and provide design QA to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, and other related fields, expected to graduate by Jul 2027 & join us by Aug 2027.
• Prior internship/full-time/part-time working experience in UI/UX or Product Design (FinTech background is a plus).
• A self-motivated individual who is naturally curious, stays ahead of industry trends, and constantly brings fresh perspectives to the team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities with ease.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to management and stakeholders.
