Hiring: Product Design Manager (Structure & Carpentry)

Location: Singapore

Annual Leave: 7 days per year

Salary: 4000-7000 Manager + performance bonus

We are looking for a Product Design Manager specializing in high-end structural and modular carpentry. This is a leadership role requiring a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead high-end product design for structural and modular carpentry.

. Oversee design, prototyping, and production to ensure top-tier quality.

. Manage a team of designers and craftsmen, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

. Collaborate with logistics and production teams to streamline supply chain and manufacturing processes.

. Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective while maintaining premium quality.

. Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new materials, automation, and design techniques.

Requirements:

. Strong experience in high-end carpentry & structure design.

. Proven leadership skills able to manage and mentor a team.

. Expertise in modular carpentry & furniture production.

. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.

. Hands-on experience with technical drawings, 3D modeling, and production methods.

. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
