We are looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designers to provide the best payment service experience at ByteDance. You will have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and ultimately improve the quality of our products. Responsibilities - Take ownership of design quality, strong conceptual thinker and bring your designs to life - Collaborate closely with product and design to create high quality designs that are scalable for the global audience - Design visual assets for new product campaigns in Global Payment that align with TikTok brand identity, ensuring a consistent and unified visual presence across all platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Must-have User Growth and/or User Acquisition Experiences working in a fintech or payment industry - Experiences leading a team of UI Designers and/or leadership management skills - Relevant UI design, graphic design, visual design working experience in the internet sector - Portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision - Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies - Skilled in using Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc - Bachelor's degree(or higher) educational background
