Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership & Team Management:
    • Manage and mentor a team of designers.
    • Review design work for usability, consistency, and quality.
    • Provide constructive feedback and uphold design best practices.
  • Hands-On Design Contribution:
    • Participate in complex design projects.
    • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
    • Ensure designs are visually appealing and practical.
  • End-to-End Product Design Ownership:
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to align on goals and user needs.
    • Challenge unclear requirements and consider edge cases in design solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with Developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
    • Align with stakeholders on priorities and project outcomes.
    • Foster collaboration between design, product, and engineering teams.
  • Quality & Consistency:
    • Maintain world-class design standards across all platforms.
    • Ensure consistency while adapting to context and user types.
    • Advocate for usability and simplicity in all designs.
Requirements

  • Experience in leading a product design or UX/UI team and designing software for global use.
  • Solid experience working on B2B products, with exposure to B2C is a plus.
  • Strong skills in logical thinking about complex user journeys.
  • Proven ability to communicate design rationale effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity; able to balance quality with speed.
