Job Profile Summary

n this role, you will be working on the product delivery function of the Policy Services team. You will report to the Product and Project Manager and be responsible for the smooth roll-out of new products. This includes covering the Policy Services function and ensuring that new product roll-outs are defect-free and highly automated.

Job Description

Work with the project workgroup in rolling out new products:

  • Represent New Business Admin/ Policy Services team in project meetings:
    - Understand new product features and how it can be operationalised.
    - Support in enhancements required to facilitate smooth operationalisation of new product features
    -
    Work with the project workgroup to negotiate system enhancements for highly automated processes.

  • Collaborate with internal New Business Admin/ Policy Services teams to develop and submit business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met.:
    - Analyse product features, make recommendations, and align with team and stakeholders on business requirements.
    - Finalise processes with New Business Admin/ Policy Services stakeholders.

  • Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off:
    - Provide UAT test scenarios to ensure that the end-to-end Policy Services journey are tested.
    - Perform thorough verification of the UAT test output to ensure defect-free roll outs.
    - Prepare and conduct training on the new products for New Business/ Policy Services teams
  • Monitor post implementation progress to ensure smooth product roll out:
    - Escalate system errors found to project team for resolution timely and collaborate with New Business/ Policy Services stakeholders on interim solution.
  • Document business/handling rules of products launched in the existing SOP/User guides.

Experience

  • Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans.
  • Experienced in UAT testing
  • Knowledge across New Business/ Policy Services functions.
  • Experienced in product development/implementation processes
  • Experienced in digital submissions processes
