Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Commercialization Specialist with experience in B2B cross-border payments to support the end-to-end process from frontline business needs to product launch and market adoption.

You will help collect and structure business requirements, assess their value, collaborate with the Product team to implement solutions, and package product selling points for Sales and Marketing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing business needs, shaping product narratives, and supporting go-to-market execution in the fast-growing payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontline Requirement Support
  • Gather and document requests from Sales and business teams across the B2B cross-border payment space
  • Abstract and organize requests into structured product requirements
  • Support prioritization discussions based on business value and revenue potential
  • Business Value Analysis
  • Assist in evaluating the potential commercial impact of proposed product solutions
  • Provide recommendations based on business and market insights specific to cross-border payments
  • Product Packaging & Communication
  • Help create clear product positioning and key selling points
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing materials tailored for B2B clients
  • Ensure Sales teams understand and can communicate product value effectively
  • Go-to-Market Support
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives in the cross-border payments domain
  • Track adoption and collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Product, or GTM support roles
  • Experience in B2B cross-border payments is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured recommendations
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and listening) for client and internal communications
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience working with regional clients in APAC
  • Familiarity with banking, PSPs, or fintech payment platforms
