Our FMCG client is seeking a Brand Manager on a 9-month contract to lead product innovation within their snacks portfolio. The role focuses on creating and launching new products, using consumer insights and market trends to drive growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to market, ensuring strong brand positioning and portfolio success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product innovation strategies aligned with the companys growth plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to develop and launch new products.
- Use consumer insights to guide development and ensure competitive advantage.
- Manage the product portfolio to drive sales and profitability.
