Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented ESG Product Associate to join our Product team. As a Product Associate focused on ESG, you will play a key role in product design and translating product goals into a user experience to meet customers expectations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Product Associate, you will have the opportunity to directly influence product decisions that impact our customers and business.

Your research skills will help us gather insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback enabling the creation of products that drive positive environmental, social, and governance impact.

You will work closely with Business Development and Engineering teams to ensure the successful planning, development, and launch of new features and enhancements.

The ideal candidate for this Product Associate role is detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly motivated. You are meticulous in your work, with a keen eye for capturing and analysing data, documenting insights, and ensuring accuracy in product requirements. You should have a strong sense of aesthetics and an ability to translate business needs into product designs. Resourceful and adaptable, you take the initiative to solve problems and find answers, leveraging data and creative thinking to support product development in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental engineering, sustainability studies or environmental economics.
  • Proven experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and synthesizing user insights, preferably with demonstrated knowledge in carbon accounting and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.
  • Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g. Figma) and understanding of UX/ UI principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
