Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Applications, and Product Strategy teams to understand customer requirements and align on feasible solutions.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify technical specifications and ensure all product expectations are well-documented and understood.
- Translate customer specifications into internal work plans using SAP, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and process teams to validate feasibility and propose optimized solutions.
- Support the development of inspection plans and control methods to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in system improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of configuration processes.
- Collaborate with planning, operations, and technology teams during product transitions or revisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar role within manufacturing, engineering, or product development.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and navigating technical discussions with clarity and confidence.
