Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company, developing strategies to achieve planned companys milestones
- Provide leadership to achieve the companys objectives
- Plan and propose resources to support the growth demands of the company
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities including geographic expansion
- Provide leadership in the commercialization efforts of the companys product, including development and execution of entry strategies for new markets to ensure successful market penetration and growth
- Implement and execute plans that includes sourcing for distribution partners and identifying suitable channels to market the product
- Oversee the financial management of the company
- Work with the finance team to seek revenue forecast and budget
- Monitor financial performance against forecasts and execute corrective actions
- Work closely with the engineering team to create strong partnership with industry partners
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably from medical devices industry
- Strategic business thinking with ability to be hands on
- Strong business sense to implement commercial strategies for the company
- Prior knowledge or experience in medical device industry will be advantageous
