Role Summary:
This role is responsible for bridging business use-cases and our core product solutions. The person will collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs, define and prioritize the features required in our core platforms, and manage the lifecycle of specific use-cases from onboarding and PoC through to adoption and productization.
Key Responsibilities:
Use-Case Discovery & Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and use-cases.
- Analyze and document use-cases, including goals, success metrics, constraints, and dependencies. Prioritize use-cases in alignment with product strategy and business value.
Requirements & Feature Definition
- Translate business use-cases into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Work with Product Managers to define and refine features needed in the core solutions.
- Ensure that requirements balance business needs, technical feasibility, and scalability.
Onboarding & PoC Management
- Plan and organize onboarding of new business use-cases onto the core solutions.
- Coordinate and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs), including timelines, stakeholders, scope, and success criteria.
- Track PoC progress, manage risks/issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Adoption & Change Enablement
- Support business teams during rollout and early usage (training, demos, documentation, FAQs).
- Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product and Change/Enablement teams to drive adoption and embed solutions into BAU.
Productization of Use-Cases
- Evaluate PoC outcomes and determine readiness for productization.
- Help define what is needed to transform a successful PoC into a robust, reusable product capability (e.g., scalability, support model, governance, documentation).
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to integrate the use-case into the standard product offering.
Continuous Improvement & Alignment
- Monitor usage, performance, and business impact of productized use-cases.
- Provide structured feedback to Product Managers to inform the product roadmap.
- Identify patterns across use-cases that can drive reusable components, templates, or best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience or internship in a product management or business analysis role is preferred.
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
