We are looking for a Product Analyst who will be the data engine of our product team. You will dive deep into complex datasets to uncover insights that drive product innovation, optimize user journeys, and improve retention. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap by turning vague questions into clear, data-driven answers.
Reponsibilities
- Analyze user funnels, cohorts, and segments to understand behavior and identify drop-off points.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments define success metrics and interpret results.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for real-time product health monitoring.
- Collaborate with PMs to define North Star metrics and KPIs for new features.
- Ensure data integrity by partnering with Data Engineering on event tracking and warehouse accuracy.
- Identify trends and anomalies to suggest new features or bug fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) or Master's in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of statistics and ability to interpret large datasets.
- Familiarity with BI tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Basic programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
