Join us to shape Singapore's arts landscape. Collaborate with passionate people, champion bold ideas, and bring iconic spaces to life. Your creativity fuels a vibrant cultural future.

Job purpose

The Producer will work closely with Arts House Group (AHG) Management, the Festival Director, and key stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA) as an enriching experience for both artists and audiences, while positioning SIFA as a significant event in Singapore's arts and cultural landscape.

Key strategies to achieve the above objectives and outcomes, in alignment with funding KPIs, include:

• Building strong and long-term partnerships with artists and arts organisations, both locally and internationally.

• Growing audience engagement and outreach to foster greater arts appreciation across diverse audience segments.

Producing & Programme Management

• Serve as an integral member of the AHG Producing team to plan and deliver multiple editions of SIFA as part of its broader festival cycle.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery of assigned programmes, including commissions and other presentations. This includes anticipating resource needs and leveraging on AHG's platforms, partnerships and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence and high presentation standards.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with artists, artistic collaborators, commissioning partners and presenting partners, serving as a key point of contact throughout project development and delivery.

• Coordinate project staff and liaise with artists and external vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of assigned programmes.

• Work closely with other AHG departments, particularly Marketing, Communications and Partnerships, to optimise visibility, maximise revenue potential and build stakeholder relationships that strengthen the brand identity of both SIFA and AHG.

Administration and Budget

• Manage the financial management of assigned programmes, including budget preparation, monitoring, reforecasting and reconciliation. Ensure assigned programmes are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

• Manage the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts and licences of assigned programmes, ensuring terms are fit for purpose and aligned with organisational policies and programme requirements. Work with the wider producing team and relevant AHG departments to ensure compliance with contracting and procurement frameworks, and adherence to funding and organisational guidelines.

• Support the tracking and meeting of KPIs for assigned programmes, ensuring timely updates of project progress and alignment with funder and organisational requirements. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for audit, reporting and internal knowledge management.

• Contribute to the development and continual improvement of producing processes, documentation, templates and workflows to support effective festival planning and delivery.
