Producer, Current Affairs (Talking Point)

Responsibilities

The team behind this show that you see on CNA Insider You Tube is looking for a full-time Producer.

In our parlance, the Producer is overall in-charge of a production from conceptualization to post production. You should be capable of seeing a production from end to end under the guidance of an executive Producer.

If you are a good communicator, a problem solver, a stickler for facts, a team player with a healthy respect for deadlines, and carry a positive vibe to boot, we want you!

You should have at least some experience working on long-form FACTUAL programmes - minimally productions that are 23 minutes or longer.

We won't lie. It will be a challenging job that require you to harness the creative energies of your crew, video editor, assistant producer and other team members.

Journalism background is a bonus.

• A good command of the English language and good writing skills
• Has keen interest on content creation
• Ability to tell a good story
• Must have strong interest and knowledge in News & Current Affairs
• A dynamic, creative and a good team player.
• Able to perform well under pressure even as you put in long and irregular hours.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required
• Degree in any discipline
