- Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records
- Assist in tender preparation, coordination, and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements
- Track and follow up on order deliveries and resolve basic supply issues
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Support data entry and reporting for procurement metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Yardi, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
