Job Description

Data Centre industry
Town area / Hybrid work

  • Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records
  • Assist in tender preparation, coordination, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements
  • Track and follow up on order deliveries and resolve basic supply issues
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Support data entry and reporting for procurement metrics and KPIs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Yardi, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
