Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist (ICT) to support and drive the successful delivery of ICT development projects. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement and contract processes in compliance with government and internal policies, while working closely with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities for ICT development projects, including Cloud, SaaS, and Agile initiatives

• Draft, review, and manage tenders, contracts, and vendor performance

• Identify procurement and contract risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support audit requirements

• Monitor procurement timelines, prepare reports for management, and ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards

• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project and operational targets

Requirements

• Relevant experience in ICT procurement and contract management

• Knowledge of software or product development cycles and IT business analysis

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
