Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of fluid system solutions in Singapore.
- Plan, develop, and execute sourcing initiatives to identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers.
- Lead contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and reliable performance.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee qualification, audits, and performance reviews to mitigate supply and quality risks.
- Ensure full adherence to international regulatory and export control requirements.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs (cost, reliability, on-time delivery) and present insights to management.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing, preferable in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or related industries.
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of international trade, regulatory, and compliance standards (e.g., ECCN, COO, export controls).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred
