Play a key role in supporting procurement, facilities management, and IT operations while upholding governance and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, tendering, contract awards, and purchase orders.
- Conduct pricing and quality analysis, prepare procurement documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Support facilities management, including benchmarking, office orders, and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain ERP system records, provide IT support, and guide Microsoft 365 users.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure compliance with the Procurement Manual and Financial Regulations.
PreferredCompetencies & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain, or business administration preferred.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end procurement cycle, governance, and open tender processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and e-procurement platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of China import/export licensing and proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to liaise with vendors is highly advantageous.
