Procurement Officer (Manufacturing)

Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality materials and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma with 4 years or Degree with 2-3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
