Salary:- 29LPA - 38LPA

• Create long-term sourcing and purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and legal agreements with vendors.
• Continuously work to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations and long-term collaboration.
• Work with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure the timely availability of materials or services.
• Supervise procurement officers, analysts, or coordinators and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement KPIs; report to senior management.
